PART I: Mahmoud Khalil
Mahmoud Khalil is an activist advocating for the safety of defenseless Palestinians who cannot fight back against Israel’s constant advances to overtake the entirety of Palestine, their homeland. Israel spared the Palestinians little-to-no time to react to their barrage of attacks. They bombed their country, destroyed thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of innocent people’s lives, tormented—and tortured them for information against an organization that only wanted freedom; and chose to commit these atrocities knowing it’s all in the name of a third world country hiding in a first world shell, a nation that only wishes to line their wallets with bloodsoaked, and frankly, lazily-attained cash. On 03/08/25, Mahmoud was arrested for “engaging in anti-Semitic activity and aligning with Hamas, a ‘terrorist’ organization.” [1]
It’s also worth mentioning that they initially stated that Mahmoud was being arrested for attempting to organize an unauthorized marching event, which violates our Constitution, the supposed “supreme law of the land.” It’s stated in the First Amendment: we, the people, have the right to assemble peacefully, which is exactly what Mahmoud was arrested for, albeit under different wording to paint him in a bad light. There was no violence, no hate, only civilians pleading to the deaf ears of our government, begging them to do something; anything. They begged for them to stop and pleaded for them to find a way for Israel to make amends with Palestine. But no, instead, they chose to blatantly ignore the existence to freedom of speech, a constant issue our corrupt government actively plagues our country with. They essentially kidnapped Mahmoud and tossed him in the back of a van and are now attempting to deport him, despite being a U.S. citizen. But why? ICE’s mission/task was to deport “illegal” immigrants, not legal taxpayers with proper documentation and the right to exercise their Constitutional rights. It’s because the power-hungry rich white men fear the people taking advantage of their constitutional rights.
PART II: Fabian Schmidt

Much like Mahmoud Khalil’s case, a day prior to Mahmoud’s (technical) kidnapping (03/07/2025), another legal U.S. citizen, one who resides in New Hampshire, Fabian Schmidt; a German nationalist and an electrical engineer – was also taken into custody by ICE, with no charges to his name; he was allegedly subjected to a “violent interrogation,” being stripped and placed in a cold shower, and then hospitalized after a terrible case of the flu, just ONE day after the aforementioned interrogation.[2]
The next day, he was released from the hospital and taken back into custody. Prior to this entire mess of a situation, Fabian had traveled to Germany to visit family, with the intent of leaving the week after; upon his return, that’s when he was stopped and interrogated. It’s also worth mentioning that somehow, despite Fabian’s very much LEGAL and up-to-date green card; they were unable to process Fabian through customs prior to his trip to the hospital; being forced to have CBP personnel accompany him throughout his transportation to a hospital in Massachusetts. Another thing worth noting is that, in an email issued by an assistant commissioner of public affairs at U.S. Customs and Border Patrol; essentially calling Fabian a “traveler”—the full email stating:
“If statutes or visa terms are violated, travelers may be subject to detention and removal.” [3]
And while it could be argued that, maybe Fabian’s capture is justified, however; as I’ve said before – Fabian has no charges against him, and despite that; is still being held. Officials claim to “not have access” to any further information regarding Fabian’s case, but I’ll try to stay up-to-date on anything regarding Fabian, Mahmoud, and all of the other countless innocent lives being affected by ICE’s reign of terror.
*As of 04/17/25, Mahmoud Khalil was ruled eligible for deportation in a court in Louisiana. Do not let that happen. Speak up, scream, shout – riot if you have to; but do NOT let an innocent man get taken to a death camp.
